In an oasis of peace and quiet and located in a hilly area on the left bank of the River Arno, stands Agriturismo Bellavista. Its unique and strategical location at the border of Chianti Classico, only 19 kms from Florence and 3 kms from the main Italian A1 highway, ensures a very easy access to all the main and well-known cities of Tuscany. The farmhouse offers impressive panoramic views of the River Arno Valley and of part of the Apennine Mountains. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday set amongst an enchanting landscape. Its centrally location will allow guests to take beautiful excursions: just 20 minutes from Florence, 30 minutes from Arezzo, 45 minutes from San Gimignano and one hour from Siena, Lucca or Pisa. From Agriturismo Bellavista you one can enjoy commanding views of the Tuscan countryside in one of Tuscany's most renown regions. The farm produces and sells its own biological honey, Chianti wine and fabulous extra-vergin olive oil. The closest town centre is "Incisa Valdarno": located downhill only 2 kms far and offering to guests the opportunity to satisfy all necessities. In town many delicious and typical taverns, restaurants and pizzerie serving an excellent and traditional Italian food.

Tenuta Lupinari is a charming antique village located just between the lands of Arezzo & Siena, among green rolling hills, a real unspoiled heaven. The village has farmhouses finely refurbished in self catering apartments, main characteristic is the big size of rooms, bedrooms some with en suite bathroom. All the apartments have been finely furnished with Tuscan antiques. Rebuilt carefully and furnished with age furniture, the apartments have every comfort (cable TV, Telephone, air condition, autonomous heating), they have wide bedrooms with bathroom, spacious living rooms and big terraces with private gardens. The village consists of 10 apartments, which we rent weekly (from Saturdays to Saturdays). For those who want to stay only for a few days the village, on the inside of its farm-house has moreover 4 double bedrooms, those one furnished with age furniture too and with every comfort, cable TV, bar, air condition, external telephonic connection, direct access on internet. Our guests have the possibility to discover the most beautiful towns of Tuscany, which are all approximately not further then an hour driving, or relax in and around our large swimming-pool (20m x 8m). Moreover our guests can enjoy typical Tuscan meals in our small Restaurant, which is for exclusive use of them. All apartments have telephone, central heating, satellite TV and plenty of garden furniture. All bedrooms have also air conditioning.

In the heart of the Chianti countryside with its gentle hills where vineyards alternate with olive groves in an area rich in artistic, historical and cultural interest. Here you may spend pleasant moments relaxing in our large garden or at the side of the pool having a splendid view of the valley below.

Il Tigliolo is an old farmhouse of the nineteenth century recently restored, tastefully furnished and with all modern comforts. The farmhouse is placed in the heart of Val d'Orcia, and in a few minutes you can easily reach very beautiful resorts, famous for their artistic inheritage and their wine and cookery traditions such as Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano and San Quirico d'Orcia. Other historic Tuscan towns are a bit far away: Firenze (100 Km), Siena (45 Km) and San Gimignano (70 Km). Moreover, the surrounding countryside offers the possibility to have a nice and healthy bath in the thermal baths of Bagni San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni, only 8 km away. It is the ideal place to pass a very relaxing holiday in contemplation of nature, with the advantage of tasting the most typical dishes of Tuscan cooking and its best wines. Il Tigliolo is formed by two different buildings one in front of the other and separated by a beautiful courtyard. It is composed of six apartments , each with its privateentrance, kitchen corner and independent gas heating. The farmhouse, deep in the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by olive-groves and vineyards, offers a swimming-pool, a self-service laundry, a barbecue and a wide parking area. If you love nature and hiking, there are several tracks for you to discover in the surrounding woods.

The Riding Centre of the Berardenga is recognised by the National Riding Authority (FISE). it is situated in Chianti at the mid point between Siena, Arezzo and Florence. The area is ideal for riding, together with being incredibly rich from the point of view of both landascape and art. The rides are varied and riders will discover castles, abbeys, old Etruscan settlements and beautiful Tuscan country houses (poderi) in the heart of our lovely Tuscan countryside. The riding centre (English riding) is run by Donatella Zambon, ex-teacher of literature. She has worked for 16 years full time with horses. During her activity she has attained different riding qualifications, the most recent being the prestigious one of "Guida federale".

We; Sabrina, Barbara, Carlo and Giacomo decided to re-structure an antique building from the 1300 century in the small square of the Bagno Vignoni village, mantaining the characteristic wooden beam ceiling and the antique floor in terracotta. The welcoming loft has just 6 double rooms, each one with a special touch, an old coat of arms, a tester bed, or the splendid view over the misterious and mystic water-filled square of Bagno Vignoni etc..Each room has air condition and a particulary bathroom. Our guests can relax reading a book, listening to the music, playing a grand piano in our charming living room.
